Sacramento Black Chamber Works With BrandGOV to Develop Policy, Outreach for Prosper 2016

The Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce, with the help of its legislative representative K. Patrice Williams, J.D., has worked over the last few months to develop and market Prosper 2016, its major policy initiative outreach program.  Chamber CEO and President Azizza Davis Goines will travel with a group of business, city and other dignitaries to Washington D.C. this week to host a workshop highlighting the program’s concerns in the areas of economic development, healthcare and environmental issues for minority communities at the 46th Annual Congressional Black Caucus Legislative Conference. The conference is planned each year by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF).
